The Art of Conscious Change I-II – Follow-Up Day in Estonia, Tallinn, 10. October

In order to help the participants in their endeavor of putting the newly learnt skills into practice, the participants also have the chance to take part in a follow-up day.

During this extra course day, one can ask specifying questions, get useful feedback and further guidance. Sometimes the instructor gives new knowledge or skills if he sees that it could help the participants. One can also learn about the experiences of other participants.

By receiving new insights and meeting again with the instructor, participation in the follow-up day gives a firm opportunity to successfully follow the path of conscious change. Follow-up day is led by the instructor of the Art of Conscious ChangeIngvar Villido.

Participation condition: Everybody, who has previously participated in the Art of Conscious Change courses, are expected to participate in the follow-up days.

4-hour long follow-up days refresh one's knowledge and are an important part of the continued studies of the Art of Conscious Change. Schedule of the follow-up days can be found from the Art of Conscious Change courses calendar.
