The Art of Conscious Change
The knowledge and skills learnt in the courses are highly practical, take into account the needs, life pace and capabilities of modern people and give entirely new possibilities for improving one’s quality of life. You will acquire tools which enable you to change on your own whatever chronic habits, problems, attitudes and beliefs as regards yourself and others you might have – and thus liberate yourself from suffering.
This unique teaching, created in Estonia, is based on the understanding of a human being as seen by the ancient sages, the siddhas, and effectively shows you how to change your life pattern.
We have been shaped not only by our genes, but also by the environment – both the historical cultural heritage and what society has taught us. The world around us which perpetually recopies its faults teaches us to repeat the same mistakes all over again. It would be naive to expect this to come to an end some day on its own.
The reason preventing us from leading our lives effortlessly and efficiently is an erroneous understanding of a human being, which sees a human as just a biological machine, an animal who can think, facing every day a hostile environment to which he is predestined to surrender.
Up to 95% of our daily lives is made up of a multitude of habits. Doesn't this situation seem too limiting to you?
The Art of Conscious Change course series has been created for contemporary people to help them increase the efficiency of their everyday activities and find better solutions to the situations they might come across. The practical skills acquired in the courses will become a ‘toolbox’ containing tools that can be put to everyday use in one’s inner world in order to effectively ‘mend’ any situation one might encounter. And this can be done in any specific situation as it arises. By integrating the acquired skills into one’s practical life this way, they become the basis for adopting a more aware view on one’s daily life. This view contains less noise and mess and by adopting it, one gradually takes his/her life under actual control, which effectively is the natural way things should stand. The driving forces and guides of our daily lives – emotions and thought patterns – will become our tools, and we will become the ones who decide by ourselves the time and place for using them. Inspiration and intuition, which so far have only revealed themselves occasionally, will also become readily available and usable to us. From the background of everyday noise, a singular state of being – awareness – will start to emerge. Acting in this state raises the quality of life remarkably compared to what one has experienced before. In practical life, our true being, of which we so far only had theoretical ideas or rare glimpses, if we were lucky, will also start to reveal itself.

The first three parts of the course series help you make your life easier and bring more awareness into it. In the last two parts you will learn how to direct your life on an already new basis and shape it into a harmoniously flowing, but at the same time actively developing creation:
