Ingvar Villido's Open Lectures

The open lectures are a good way to get a notion about Ingvar Villido's core teaching of how to practically use awareness and to also gain additional knowledge and skills. The questions are asked by the attendants and involve topics of being human, of being on a spiritual path and concerns related to everyday problems and issues.

The open lectures are open to both newcomers and long-time practitioners. Please let the organizer know beforehand if you need simultaneous translation into English.

In 2000 Ishwarananda began to give open lectures in addition to the weekend practicum-lectures held in Lilleoru also in Tallinn, Estonia due to request of increased interest of participants. Invitations to other cities followed. Today the lectures take place yearly from September - May in Estonian cities: Tallinn, Tartu, Viljandi, Pärnu, Rakvere and all year round in Lilleoru. The specific topics and dates can be found in the calendar.

When Ishwarananda is teaching abroad, he gives occasional city lectures in addition to the free introductory lectures into the series of The Art of Conscious Change courses. Please find here free intro lectures into his core teaching.

The lectures have practical value. When using the techniques and knowledge acquired at the lectures in a practical way, one can conduct major changes in the their life.

I have a practice to engage you into the description so that the topic would be well understood and practically usable. Either to change something in your life or to understand why these or other things are in your life the way they are. I help you to understand, within the given topic, about your own ways and activities and perhaps I can give some useful advice. Participate actively. Do it for your own sake.

All that I talk about can be practically tested by putting it into practice. If you leave the knowledge on theoretical level, you become smarter, but your life will not become better. Begin to use this knowledge. Integrate the new, the useful into your own life in a practical way.
