Ingvar Villido Ishwarananda: “Highway to wisdom”

Imagine a world in which people have no inner limitations. What would the path to wisdom look like then?

This question takes us deep into the nature of existence and opens up a debate about whether the purpose of our lives is truly just to accumulate wisdom. If all of life is dedicated to the acquisition of knowledge and the creation of understanding through experience, would we still exist as human beings if we had no limits to the acquisition of wisdom?

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill that will make us instantly wise. The acquisition of knowledge has several very important prerequisites. First, there must be the awareness and ability to delve into various topics, and the ability to dig into the details, understand them, and eventually piece together a complete picture. It’s not a highway – it’s a natural path, that can be accelerated by reducing the autopilot processes that interfere.

“Once you get rid of the autopilot, your whole life becomes just as one science – and that’s already a highway.” Ishwarananda

In the March session of the “Path of Wisdom” series, we will explore what does “life on autopilot” mean and what is the potential of a person to reach the “other side” where everything becomes understandable.

Ingvar has walked the path of Siddha Yoga for over 30 years. In the “Path of Wisdom” series, he shares the deeper knowledge he has discovered on this journey in his own simple and practical way. Ingvar has a special talent for making practical connections between spiritual and everyday knowledge.
