We are delighted to welcome well-known author and public speaker Asha Nayaswami to Lilleoru, Estonia and there will be special edition of the Path of Wisdom broadcast on the 30th October.
Asha has been a meditator for over 50 years, sharing the tools and techniques for elevating consciousness in the US and Europe. In the last 10 years, she has been travelling across the world, inspiring people to look within themselves in meditation to discover the source of happiness. Asha is a lifelong disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda. She studied and worked closely with his direct disciple, Swami Kriyananda for 45 years. Asha means “hope” in Sanskrit. Her teachings are non-sectarian — sharing the truths that underlie the great religions.
Ingvar Villido Ishwarananda is a renowned Kriya Yoga master teacher, founder of the Shiva Temple Estonia, Lilleoru kriya yoga study centre and the Practical Consciousness Foundation, as well the author of several books.
