Ingvar Villido Ishwarananda: “A hundred hours of wisdom”

Over the course of the 49 episodes of the “Path of Wisdom” series, we have explored many spiritual and existential topics with our viewers, with the sole practical goal of learning about reality.

We have explored the nature of consciousness, the source of yoga, and the principles of nature. We have studied the teachings, traditions and rituals of the siddhas, and the role of a spiritual teacher. We embarked on a digital pilgrimage and visited sacred sites. We searched for the deep meaning of self-development and the path to God

We have also studied the human being in depth – their potential, their innate abilities and the nature of the true self. We have discussed the soul, the spirit, destiny, the meaning of life and the purpose of being born as a human. We have reflected on the themes of life, death and rebirth and discussed the nature of the ego, the influence of karma and repentance, thus arriving at an understanding of harmony, goodness and humanity.

We will continue on the path of timeless wisdom in our April anniversary program, where we will dedicate a segment to questions from our viewers.

“Awareness, focus, discrimination and understanding are the keys to personal development.” Ishwarananda
