Practical Consciousness Course IV: FLOW by Ingvar Villido

In Course V, you learn:

• Creating from a place of deliberate awareness.
• Achieving more by utilizing your highest qualities.
• Making decisions and acting with lightning speed and razor-sharp precision.
• Using insight and intuition to overcome limitations in yourself and others.
• Achieving goals under conditions of limited resources, succeeding where others might fail.
• Being continuously active in conscious action and operating at the level of intellect (in a state of flow).
• The participation fee includes the main day of Course V, a follow-up day, and training materials. The price includes VAT.
• To complete the course and advance to the next level, participants must attend both the main and follow-up days in real time and in full.
• A 50% discount is available for those repeating the course upon logging in.
• Payment for the course can be made via online banking, invoice, credit card, or installment payments.

The classroom course takes place at the main building of Lilleoru Study Center, Taevasmaa tee 2, Aruvalla village, Rae Parish, Harju County, which is located about 25 km from Tallinn. Location on the map is found here.

You can also reach the venue from Tallinn by bus number 138, which departs at 8:30 AM from Balti jaam bus stop number 4. The next stops are: Vabaduse väljak (on Kaarli boulevard), Kivisilla, Keskturg, Bus Station, Sossimägi, Lindakivi, Pühamägi, and others. You should alight at the Ellaku bus stop (9:10), which is a 20-minute walk from Lilleoru. After the course, you can return to the city by the same bus number 138, departing from Ellaku stop at 18:30.

Online participation. The course will be conducted in paralel via the Zoom platform and can be accessed using a computer or smartphone. We will send the participation link and course materials via a separate email before the start of the training day. All participants who attend the course in real-time (both in-person and online) will receive a recording afterward for revision and to delve deeper into the techniques, which will be available for review for 14 days.
